The Orange Blossom Gardens Lions Club presented a $1,500 check Monday evening to Lady Lake Police Chief Chris McKinstry.
The funds, presented at the Lady Lake Commission meeting, will support the law enforcement agency’s safety outreach efforts through National Night Out and the fall safety festival.
National Night Out will be observed Tuesday at Target.
McKinstry thanked the Orange Blossom Gardens Lions Club for its continued generosity.
