At 10:45 a.m. on Tuesday, the Sumter County Office of Seniors vs. Crime opened its 6,000th case since the office opened in November 2002.

Senior Sleuths Don Schuster and Don Brozick as well as Office Manager Bryan Lifsey assisted John Prudhomme of The Villages initiate his case which was Case No. 6,000 for the Sumter County Office.
Seniors vs. Crime is an arm of the Florida Attorney General’s office and investigates and attempts to resolve cases involving fraud, scams and civil disputes. Here in The Villages, Seniors vs. Crime works closely with local law enforcement.
