Saddlebrook Recreation Center will be getting a $1.3 million upgrade.
The Amenity Authority Committee on Wednesday agreed to move forward with the project which will be taking place over the next two years.
The pricetag includes $100,000 in contingency, professional fees of approximately $165,000, HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical at $228,000 in addition to new windows, flooring, carpentry, wallcoverings, millwork, cabinets, and a pool shade structure.
The AAC has been in the process of upgrading the older recreation centers. The new El Santiago Recreation Center will open next week.
