A 38-year-old Summerfield man has been issued a notice to appear in court after an alleged shoplifting incident at Wal-Mart in Summerfield.
Daniel Boone of 9130 SE 154th Lane was issued the notice to appear on Tuesday by the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.
