Margaret Sokol, 89, passed away to be with the Lord, December 18, 2015. She was born June 19, 1926 in Pittsburgh, PA. Margaret was preceded in death by her loving husband of 48 years, Michael Sokol. She leaves her loving and devoted daughter, Susan Voelker and loving son-in-law, Ralph; nieces Mary Cumberledge and Georgia Thomas; and nephews Billy and Tim Clancey. Margaret loved music, dancing, movies, Disney, going to clubs and shopping. She will be missed. The family will receive relatives and friends at a visitation to be held at the Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services 1511 Buenos Aires Blvd., The Villages on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon followed by a Prayer Service at Noon. Burial will follow in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL at 2 p.m.
