A 35-year-old man was arrested by Lady Lake police early Sunday morning after reportedly leaving World of Beer.
Leslie Eugene Lindsey of 5521 Great Egret Drive in Leesburg, was traveling at 50 miles per hour in a 35 mph zone when he was pulled over on County Road 25, according to an arrest report from the Lady Lake Police Department. Lindsey told the officer he had been drinking at World of Beer, the report indicated.
He failed field sobriety exercises and refused to take a breath test.
He was booked on $1,000 bond at the Lake County Jail.
