When her husband succumbs to cancer, Annie is devastated. She (Susan E. Mulholland) turns to her best friend Chris (Laney Clark) for solace. Perhaps a new sofa in the hospital waiting room would be the most appropriate memorial. The pair ask five other friends for their input and support. Where to get the money? How about a calendar of the septet sans clothing? Sounds like a chancy gamble since they are a bit plump and haunting middle age.

But it works!  Their ribald fame causes some rifts; but a lot more roars.
