The Lake County Board of County Commissioners is hosting several budget workshops for Fiscal Year 2017 beginning in April on various topics related to governmental operations. The meetings will begin at 9 a.m. inside the Board Chambers, located on the second floor of the County Administrative Building, 315 W. Main St., Tavares, and will stream live athttp://lakecountyfl.boardsync.com/web/site.aspx.
The following workshops have been scheduled, but are subject to change:
Tuesday, April 5
· Budget overview
· Budget Workshops: Community Services, Department of Health in Lake County, LifeStream Behavioral Center
Tuesday, April 19
· Budget Workshops: Public Works Department, Community Safety & Compliance Department
As future workshops are scheduled, they will appear on the Commissioners’ meeting agendas and will be publicly advertised.
