A former athlete at the Villages High School arrested last week on drug charges is back behind bars.
Nathan Michael Hearns, 26, of Oxford, was booked this past Wednesday on drug charges at the Sumter County Detention Center. You can read details of his arrest HERE. He was released Thursday after posting $3,000 bond.
He was taken back into custody on Sunday on a probation violation. He is now being held without bond.
He is a 2008 graduate of VHS. He played on both the football and basketball teams while at VHS.
