CDD 1 Supervisor Craig Estep files paperwork with Supervisor of Elections Office

Villager Craig Estep filed paperwork Friday with the Sumter County Supervisor of Elections indicating he will be running in Community Development District 1.

This sets up a contest between Estep, who was appointed to CDD 1 last year, and Peter Pittsburgh, a previously unsuccessful candidate in CDD 1.

CDD 1 incumbents Kathy Porter and Paul Sykes have also filed paperwork indicating they will be running for re-election.
