Frank Allen Granit, 68, of The Villages, FL, passed away April 8, 2016. Born August 18, 1947 in Brooklyn, NY, Mr. Granit was of the Jewish faith and a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during the Vietnam Era. He moved to the Villages in 2013 from South Florida and enjoyed golf.
A beloved and loving husband, father and grandfather, he is survived by: his wife of 45 years Eileen of The Villages; son Adam, and wife Tena Granit of Cooper City, FL; grandchildren Kyle and Alana Granit; sister Gail Banores of Ocala, FL; as well as many nieces and nephews and a host of cherished and beloved friends.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday April 11, 2016 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Beyers Funeral Home in Lady Lake, FL. Private interment will take place at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.
