To the Editor:
Using turn signals, “is mandatory” in The Villages. It’s a Florida state law covering all state, county and city roads. All roundabouts in The Villages are county or city roads, not The Villages roads. The law applies here, for every moving vehicle, and safety for all of us is largely dependent on compliance. The common courtesy of following the law needs to be more common. Enforcement helps, but it is not the answer. If you don’t like guessing where someone is going, don’t make others guess where you intend to go. Use signals!
