The Villages has negotiated a deal that will allow for the construction of a golf cart path across a church’s property.
Gary Moyer, vice president of Development for The Villages, announced Friday afternoon that the agreement was reached this past Tuesday with the First Baptist Church at The Villages located on SE Hwy. 42 in Marion County.
The planned cart path will allow access to new courtyard villas The Villages will be constructing in Community Development District 4.
