Community Development District 7 supervisors on Thursday morning preliminarily approved a $2.033 million operating budget for the approaching fiscal year.
The maintenance assessment fees for residents of CDD 7 will remain at the same rate.
The final adoption of the budget will take place in a public hearing at 8 a.m. Sept. 8 at the District Office at Lake Sumter Landing.
