To the Editor:

I will be turning 60 this year. Luckily The Villages Health will be taking my private insurance of Florida Blue. My husband is 54 and on Social Security Disability. To my knowledge, he has to stay on traditional Medicare until he is 65. We also pay for United Health Care AARP as a supplement.  (By the way, he is a retired physician and I was his Business Manager.) I believe it is totally wrong and a money grab by United Healthcare to treat patients this way.  Part of the reason we moved to The Villages was its health care convenience. Shame on you United Healthcare!
