A 22-year-old Summerfield man stopped for speeding Saturday on U.S. Hwy. 27/441 at Rolling Acres Road was found to be have a suspended license.
Calvin L. Atkins was stopped for speeding shortly after 10 p.m. Saturday, according to an arrest report from the Lady Lake Police Department. The police officer discovered that Atkins’ driver’s license had been suspended.
He was booked at the Lake County Jail and released after posting $2,000 bond.
He was also ticketed for speeding.
