To the Editor:
Could it be “The Third Generation” syndrome? I read with interest the comments submitted by the writers regarding Villages Health System here in The Villages. I personally am not involved with this system as I am using doctors outside of The Villages. What struck me with this case, having worked in industry for many years, is this is “THE THIRD GENERATION NOW RUNNING THE VILLAGES.” How many times have we heard of, or read about, where family businesses taken over by family members of the third generation have changed the reputation of that organization or industry even causing that entity to fail? Let us hope and pray this is not the case here!
