To the Editor:
As a couple who were told last year that we could stay in the Villages Health System with our United Healthcare AARP Supplement, i.e. “grandfathered”, we have now been cast out of the family. Aside from whether or not we like Medicare Advantage (we don’t), I have major trust problems with the Villages Health System management. We will be leaving – “Fool me once, shame on you, Fool me twice, shame on me”. Not planning on hanging around for the next surprise!
