To the Editor:
Great Companies try to maximize their investments in buildings, training, back office computer systems for scheduling, billing and collection. They do this by offering multiple levels of service and or products. You may purchase a maintenance agreement that covers you 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, or a more expensive one that covers you 24/7. You can purchase an industry grade power tool, or a less expensive one for the DIY projects. Even Disney offers multiple levels of annual passes. Companies that offer choices understand that ‘one size’ doesn’t fit all. It’s a win-win for companies that provide multiple levels of products and or services. The Villages Health System should offer an option for people who do not want the United Healthcare Medicare Advantage option. Maybe those pool of doctors would service more people, 2 or 3 times more, which would translate to a longer wait time to schedule an appointment. Or maybe you could be seen by a PA?
