To the Editor:
Today, for the first time, I saw a person from Community Standards, taking down signs on District Property. I stopped to ask who was responsible to do this. Was told Community Standards, Community Watch and Property Management but was told they had never seen anyone else doing it. I have to agree. Community Watch has lights galore on their vehicles to warn traffic and this truck only had 4 way flashers. Drove around Talley Ridge and there were 14 illegal signs. Saw a Community Watch truck drive by them and never stopped to pull them down. Between balloons left on street signs for weeks and all these signs for garage sales and open houses it’s starting to look a little trashy. One corner had 3 open houses and 1 garage sale sign on it. Looked terrible. Let’s get some rules enforced.
