AAC could acquire Rio Grande property for $700,000 to $800,000

The Amenity Authority Committee could acquire property behind the Rio Grande Family Pool for about $700,000 to $800,000.

That figure was presented Wednesday morning by District Manager Janet Tutt.

The AAC is eyeing the 41.5 acres, popular now as an unsanctioned dog park, for expansion of recreational facilities.
