Charles E. Miller, 72, passed from this life Saturday, September 24, 2016.
Born in Pemberton, WV he was the son of the late Orma and Magdalene (Holt) Miller.
Charles was a graduate of the University of Maryland. He was a quality control superintendent for General Motors Corp. Broening Assembly Plant in Baltimore, MD. His career spanned 43 years.
He came to The Villages from Maryland with his wife Carol in 2006. Here he enjoyed golf, gardening and socializing with neighbors and friends.
Charles leaves his loving wife of 46 years, Carol Miller; a daughter, Jacqueline Wrzinski and husband Martin of Baltimore, MD; two sisters, Loretta Wallace and Elizabeth Arnold both of Greenville, TN a brother-in-law, Spencer L. Owen of Summerfield, FL and grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Jacob Wrzinski.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services 1511 Buenos Aires Blvd., The Villages on Thursday, September 29, 2016 at 1:45 PM. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 1:00 PM until the time of service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to Native American Rights Fund 1506 Broadway, Boulder, CO 80302.
