Construction of the new SPRG Specialty Medical Facility is moving at a brisk pace on Rolling Acres Road.
Kaufman Lynn Construction is the builder the 26,540 square-foot medical facility.
Studio+ architecture firm is the designer of the building.
The project won approval from the Lady Lake Commission earlier this year, despite concerns about increased traffic on Rolling Acres Road. Lake County has indicated it has no money to improve the road which is already classified as “failing.”
