The merchants of Spanish Springs Town Square will be holding a Halloween costume contest beginning at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29.
The event will benefit the local humane society.
“Last year was a great success, we held a costume contest for adults and children and were delighted to see so many of our Villagers dressing up their canine friends so this year we have decided to expand the contest to include dogs,” said Candy Coldwell, secretary of The Spanish Springs Merchants Association.
