Hazel Mary Campbell, of The Villages, FL, passed peacefully on Monday, November 7, 2016 at the age of 112. Hazel was born in Quebec, Canada in 1903 and lived most of her life in Burlington, Vermont. She moved to Florida in 1999 and The Villages in 2001. She remained active to the very end playing cards and games with her family and friends.

Survivors include daughters Linda Sweet (Dale) and Joan Sutton; 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband Frederick Campbell.

A memorial mass will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at 8:30 a.m., located at, St. Timothy Catholic Church, 1351 Paige Place, The Villages, FL 32159.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Timothy’s Catholic Church or a charity of your choice.
