Supervisor Paul Kelly was elected chairman of Community Development District 4 on Monday afternoon.
He succeeds Jim Murphy as the board chair. Supervisor Jim Brockman was selected as vice chair.
Supervisor Don Deakin was sworn in for another four-year term as a result of last week’s election.
