Four people were transported from the scene of an accident early Monday morning on State Road 471 near Webster.
Sumter County Fire & EMS arrived at the scene of the two-vehicle accident at 5:45 a.m.
One person had to be extricated from one of the vehicles, according to Sumter County Fire Chief Leland Greek.
All four patients were transported to local hospitals, having suffered minor to moderate injuries, Greek said.
