A 72-year-old Village of Sunset Pointe man last week lost his bid for a stalking injunction to protect himself from his ex-girlfriend who is charged with egging his home.
Diane Frank, 60, of the Village of Sabal Chase woman remains free on $1,000 bond following her Nov. 25 arrest on a charge of criminal mischief.
The Village of Sabal Chase woman had been caught on video surveillance the day before egging the home of her ex-boyfriend on Hartsville Trail. You can read more about her arrest HERE
This past Thursday in Sumter County Court, a judge denied the man’s petition for injunction for protection against stalking.
That same day, Frank entered a plea of not guilty in her criminal case. She has retained defense attorney Jaimie Washo to represent her.
