A stolen vehicle and a number of car burglaries are being investigated in the Village of Sabal Chase.
The stolen vehicle, taken in the vicinity of Golden Grove Drive, was later recovered in Marion County, according to the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office.
A number of car burglaries were also reported at the nearby Oleander Villas.
The sheriff’s office indicated that it appears the vehicle burglaries and the vehicle theft could have been related.
