9mm magazine, gun holsters stolen from vehicle parked in Summerfield

A pistol magazine for a 9mm Glock was among items stolen from a car parked this past weekend in Summerfield.

The 2007 Hyundai had been parked on SE 158th Place by a 21-year-old College of Central Florida student who also had gun and taser holsters in the vehicle that belonged to the college’s Criminal Justice Institute, according to an incident report from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office. The college’s property had an estimated value of $320.
