Duane Johnson, a Community Development District 8 supervisor and resident of the Village of St. Charles, has been selected as the new head of VHA Community Foundation Board.
He succeeds Joe Elliott, who now serves as past president of the organization.
The foundation provides an essential public service as the 501(c) 3 nonprofit of the VHA.
