

A man and a woman were arrested on marijuana possession charges after a K-9 alerted on their vehicle after a traffic stop in Wildwood.
Misty Michelle Fazenbaker, 37, of Wildwood, had been at the wheel of a Toyota Tacoma pickup at about 6:30 p.m. Saturday when she was pulled over for having a non-functioning right brake light. She was accompanied by 35-year-old Marshall Andrew Barnes, also of Wildwood.
A K-9 alerted on the vehicle and a rolled marijuana cigarette was discovered in it. When Barnes was patted down by police, a bag of marijuana was discovered. The bag weighed .6 grams, according to a report from the Wildwood Police Department. When Barnes was being booked at the Sumter County Detention Center, he was found to be in possession of .3 grams of methamphetamine.
Fazenbaker was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug equipment.
Barnes was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug equipment. Barnes was already on probation in a grand theft case.
Both were booked at the Sumter County Detention Center.
