A man driving on a suspended license was arrested early Friday morning at Circle K in Wildwood.

Nicholas Jacob Habdas, 30, of Inverness, had been at the wheel of a vehicle with inoperative taillights which had been traveling eastbound at 1:47 a.m. Friday on State Road 44.

His vehicle was pulled over in the parking lot of the Circle K at 1001 S. Main St.

The Sumter County sheriff’s deputy making the traffic stop discovered that Habdas’ license had been suspended multiple times. He also has two convictions for driving while license suspended.

He was arrested on a felony charge of driving while license suspended and booked at the Sumter County Detention Center. Bond was set at $2,000.
