Cheyenne T. Mullins, 55, of Wildwood, had been ordered by a judge on May 3 to stay away from a certain individual.

Mullins went to Bob’s Zippy Mart on State Road 44 and confronted that person, according to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office. He threatened to harm the man and burn down his house, the report indicated.

When a deputy arrived, Mullins admitted he threatened to kill the man because he had “mouthing off” to him.

Mullins was arrested for violating a court order. He was booked at the Sumter County Detention Center where he was initially held without bond.

Mullins had been arrested in May getting into a fight with the man over a fishing spot at Lake Deaton.
