Kaye Hastings of the Village of Hillsborough got her first-ever hole-in-one Feb. 10 at the Yankee Clipper Executive Golf Course.
The two-year resident from Michigan had been golfing with friends when she got the hole-in-on at 147 yards, using a five-iron at Hole #7.
Her group thought she had another hole-in-one on the next hole as it rolled within 8 feet of the cup.
She birdied that hole and then parred the ninth hole to finish the day.
“A parr is great for me, a birdie is awesome, but the hole-in-one is total luck,” Hastings said.
