To the Editor:
People should be held accountable for their actions and opinions. Anonymity promotes frivolous complaints such as the beautiful bird decoration controversy. If you have a complaint then stand up and voice it publicly. In our legal system, an accused has the right to know their accuser. We need to require a complainant to identify themselves or dismiss the complaint as frivolous and possibly vindictive.
