Marion County sheriff’s deputies were called at about 3 p.m. Monday to 16630 SE102nd CT RD in Summerfield after 27-year-old Jorge Isaac Cruz-Garcia took a woman’s phone and smashed it on the concrete, according to an arrest report from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office. He is a family friend who has been staying at a residence there. The incident was witnessed by the victim’s grandmother.
“I then spoke to the defendant who was advised of his Miranda Rights,” the deputy wrote in his report. “When I asked him about the incident, he repeatedly told me to call Donald Trump.”
