Marion County sheriff’s deputies were called at about 3 p.m. Monday to 16630 SE102nd CT RD in Summerfield after 27-year-old Jorge Isaac Cruz-Garcia took a woman’s phone and smashed it on the concrete, according to an arrest report from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.
