Margaret R. Burr, age 82, of Wildwood, Florida, passed away June 24, 2017 at her residence. She was born July 2, 1934 in Gainesville, Florida to the late Roy and Mary Ridgell, and she comes from “Historic Old Stock, Florida families”.
She was a homemaker and of the Episcopal Faith; she was an avid gardener; and an expert in the art of Crochet.
She is survived by her loving husband Richard Burr; son, Richard T. Burr and wife, Mariam of Miami; one brother, Robert Ridgell of Seadrift, TX; two grandchildren, Amanda Rodriguez and Zachary Caruthers and three great grandchildren, Vincent, Anna and Miles. Margaret was preceded in death by her daughter, Margaret Caruthers and son, Micheal Burr.
Memorial services will be held at a later date in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida.
