Kenneth Lee Caudell, 40, had been at the wheel of a 1994 Chevrolet Silverado on Monday night when the inoperable headlight was spotted by a Marion County sheriff’s deputy.

Caudell told the deputy he was on his way to Wal-Mart to buy a bulb for it, according to the arrest report.

A check by the deputy revealed that Caudell’s license had been revoked for 60 months and he has been classified as a habitual offender.

Caudell was arrested and booked at the Marion County Jail.
