A man’s vehicle struck a cable box after being forced off the roadway by a van that cut him off Sunday night in Wildwood.
Larry Douglas Furginson, 71, of Wildwood, had been at the wheel of a 2000 Ford Mustang at 9:15 p.m. in the area of the 400 block of South Main Street when a white van passed him and then cut him off, according to an accident report from the Wildwood Police Department.
Furginson’s vehicle struck a Spectrum cable box on the shoulder of the roadway.
He escaped injury. The Mustang sustained damage to the passenger side.
