A Belleview Circle K employee told a Marion County sheriff’s deputy that a man came up behind her, ran his hands down her back and grabbed her shoulders while she was stocking the store’s hot dog grill Monday.
The man who reported the incident said the white male left the store, located at 7590 E. Highway 25, in a black four-door Honda and headed east. The man said he couldn’t get the vehicle’s license tag number.
The victim told the deputy that she became very upset and ran to the back office of the store. She said she got a quick glance of the assailant and noticed that he was about 6-foot-2-inches tall and wearing a black shirt.
Another store employee told the deputy that the man came into the store with a white female and did the same thing to her that he did to the victim.
The deputy left a message for the store manager to contact him if video footage of the incident is available.
