Francis Augustino Mercede, of The Villages, FL, passed away suddenly at his home on May 8, 2018.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend.
Frank and Bev moved to The Villages in 2003, where they embraced and enjoyed The Villages lifestyle. His favorite pastimes were playing poker with friends and spending quality time with his wife. He will be deeply missed by all of those who knew him.
Frank is survived by his wife Beverly; son Francis II of Kissimmee, FL; daughter Nancy and son-in-law Tommy of Sunrise, FL; grandson Francis III; granddaughters Stephanie Gasch, Samantha Gasch, and Morgan Edwards; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held on Friday, May 18 at 11 a.m. at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell.
