Ever wanted to perform in a local musical?

The Villages Musical Theater is offering a series of workshops for Villagers to help meet that goal.

An Expo and registration will be held on Monday, May 14, at Coconut Cove Recreation Center from 6:30 to 8 p.m.

The list of workshop classes includes acting, singing, dancing and learning how to read parts. It is open to all Villagers without charge. But there is a “modest” cost for materials for some sessions. Those participating need not be a member of The Villages Musical Theater.

Kathy Chesley-Williams will offer dance classes.

Pre-registration is not required, but class sizes will be limited. Registration after the Expo, beginning May 15, may be done by sending an email to Bill Davis at [email protected]
