Richard “Dick” McDaniel, 91, of Leesburg, Florida, passed away on Monday, June 18, 2018. He was born on September 22, 1926 to the late Ruth and William McDaniel.
Dick was member of the SKAL Tourism Club and was the Lead Official for The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism. He was a proud veteran of The United States Navy. After WWII ended he was stationed at Pearl Harbor and later recommissioned to serve during the Korean War.
He is survived by his sons Richard B. McDaniel, Jr. (and his wife Robin McDaniel); and William H. McDaniel.
He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 56 years Glenda Marvell Howell McDaniel who passed away in March of 2016.
