Vonice Curry Groover, 85, of Fruitland Park, FL, passed away on Saturday, June 23, 2018 to join those family members in heaven that went before her, which included her mother and father, Henry Baynard Curry and Verdie Roland Curry; her brother, William Curry, and her grandson, Scott Davis.
Her love and legacy lives on in the hearts and memories of her brothers, Charles Curry and Larry (Gail) Curry, her sons, Billy (Frances) Groover, Wayne (Donna) Groover, Ricky (Catherine) Groover, her daughter, Karen (Dave) Davis, her 11 grandchildren, her 5 great-grandchilden, and many other family members and friends.
Vonice will especially be remembered for her love of family, her joy of gardening, and her faith.
In celebration of her life, there will be a graveside service at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens at 10 a.m. on Friday, June 29, 2018 and the family will receive visitors from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 28th at Beyers Funeral Home in Leesburg.
