To the Editor:
You need to stop using the word “sinkhole” for every hole in the ground. This is clearly another place that The Villages built in haste to start collecting their more-than-fair-share of money for everything that they own.
When you rush and don’t use proper soils and back filling and compacting fundamentals, the earth is going to wash out when it rains!
Please review this with a real qualified engineer!
