Plumber on coffee break uses handicapped spot at Dunkin’ in The Villages

A plumber on a coffee break parked his van in a handicapped spot at a Dunkin’ Donuts in The Villages.

Our member of the Parking Patrol circled the van and found no evidence of a handicapped plate or placard.
