The Florida Lottery has announced that Richard Phillips, 60, of Coleman, claimed the $6 million Florida Lotto jackpot from the drawing held on Saturday at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee.
Phillips chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $4,012,586. The jackpot-winning Florida Lotto ticket was a Quick Pick, purchased from Mobil Food Mart, located at 1221 South Main Street in Wildwood. The retailer will receive a bonus commission of $45,000 for selling the jackpot-winning ticket.
