
John Sutton White II, 66, of The Villages, FL, passed peacefully into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday, September 10, 2018 at Cornerstone Hospice. He was born on October 5, 1951 in Orlando, FL. He spent his early years in Waycross, GA and Miami Shores, FL. He lived in West Palm Beach, FL prior to retiring to The Villages, FL in 2014.
John graduated from Miami Edison High School and Miami Dade Community College. He enjoyed a career in civil engineering for many years in Broward and Palm Beach County. Later in life he found his true calling in sales and marketing. He had a successful career at Lexus and Chevrolet dealerships in south Florida.
John was a member of St. George Episcopal Church in The Villages, FL. He had a great zest for life and enjoyed being with people. He gave freely of his time and advice; as long as you were happy he was happy. John was full of fun and laughter. He loved taking his children to Disney World and was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He had a passion for motorcycles and loved to play golf. John was always ready for his next travel adventure with wife Cindy at his side. He loved working at the Lake Miona recreation center where he made many new friends.
John is survived by his loving family; wife Cindy, son John S. White III (Monica), daughter Kimberly White, sisters Bobbie Curtis and Gina Salser. He was blessed with four grandchildren: Mandy White, John White IV, Milena White and Myla White. John was preceded in death by his parents: E. George White and Ivah White and sister Becky Witherington.
