Hacienda Hills Country Club claims there were no health violations

To the Editor:

You had a story about Hacienda Hills Country Club being shut down by the Health Department for multiple infractions. I called this morning (Wed., 11/21) to cancel my reservation for the club’s Thanksgiving buffet. The woman who took my call said the story was NOT verified by your news organization since no one from the Villages-News.com called the club.
She said that the violation had to do with ventilation and was fixed. Is yours a news source to be trusted?
